What is nSTRIDE®?
nSTRIDE® is a small injection into your knee joint that is designed to alleviate pain and bring balance back to your inflamed knee. It works by introducing high levels of good proteins into the inflamed knee that are concentrated in your own blood.
These good proteins can block the bad proteins that are responsible for the inflammatory condition of your joint. Other good proteins can then contribute to the health of your cartilage and synovial fluid.
A single injection treatment, nSTRIDE® can reduce pain in the knee joint, improve your joint function, and keep you active.

nSTRIDE® in focus
nSTRIDE® is an innovative injectable treatment for osteoarthritis. Mr. Bhangoo injects an autologous protein solution or ‘APS’ into your knee joint. Autologous means from your own body.
nSTRIDE® is prepared as an advanced form of PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma treatment. Your blood is taken and is spun in a in a centrifuge to separate the platelets, plasma, and white cells. The plasma is further treated to concentrate proteins called growth factors which promote healing and anti-inflammatory chemicals. This extra preparation has increased effects on pain and swelling, producing better and more long-lasting results than standard PRP.
Clinical trials showed a 70% improvement in knee pain in people with knee osteoarthritis two years following a single nSTRIDE® injection.
A single intraarticular nSTRIDE® APS knee injection is safe and continues to provide pain improvement at 1 year.
